Meet Gwern and Ben, the owners behind A Noodle Story! 

Gwern and Ben both met at Shatec where they were trained in the culinary arts. Despite boasting a wealth of experience in the gastronomic line—having worked in some of Singapore’s premier restaurants such as Iggy’s, Level 33, and Waku Ghin—Gwern and Ben decided to pave their own way by venturing into the unexpected hawker business.

 

Inspired by modern European techniques and Asian flavours, A Noodle Story was born after much relentless refinement to the recipe.A Noodle story is the first and only stall in Singapore that sells local-style Singapore ramen. It provides gourmet quality noodles at hawker prices which would make you want to come back for more!
