Mr. Ni, age 63, hawker and proprietor of Cai Long Drinks Stall had to wake up early and get ready for business at 5am. Mr Ni manages the stall with his wife and, together, the pair plough their way through 8-10 hours of manual labour each day. 

 

The secret of his success today lies in his determination and persevation in serving quality drinks. Being in the business for almost 40 years, Mr Ni used to take all these cups with so much leftover fluid inside and tasted them again to see what was wrong. His dedication in serving the best to the customers have also earned him a loyal customer base as well as respect and established reputation around the hawker centre.
