Campaign Strategist
Hui Shan is a self-proclaimed foodie who would go to extreme ends to try all the various gems hidden all over our little island. She enjoys experimenting with recipes which sometimes yields mixed results. The one thing that she cannot live without is her chicken rice.
Huishan is in charge of strategising the campaign as well as keeping track of the timeline to ensure that the campaign are progessing smoothly.
Creative Head
Huilin is a ultimate food lover who is willing to go around the whole of Singapore to satisfy her cravings for food. Food is an important element in her life and being able to enjoy and indulge in her favorite food makes her a happier person. One of her favourites would be the char kway tiao from Old Airport Road.
Huilin is in charge of web asthetics and design as well as ensuring the functioning of the webpage.
Production & Logistic Director
A glutton at heart, Gavin often finds himself drooling looking at the tantalising bak chor mee on his friend's instagram page. But, he often wonders what story lies behind such an amazing concoction of flavours. Thinking of all the sweat and effort that goes into the simple dish makes Gavin looking forward to his next hawker visit.
Gavin oversees the whole interview process and video editing as well as providing logistic support to the team.
Chief Editor
Zai loves food with a passion and he has always wanted to be a cook, but his ambition was ephemeral when he almost turned his mother's kitchen into a blazing inferno. From then on, he finds joy in simply, eating.
Zai is in charge of overseeing and editing uploaded contents and ensure that the contents fully convey the message that we want to bring across.
Public Relations & Liason Officer
Dorcas is a happy camper (especially when there’s food) and a traveller on her better days. She believes in having good conversations with people, uncovering new thought and stories. Above all, she enjoys going home to her two furry dogs and a slice of kaya toast with half boiled eggs while she’s at it.
Dorcas is the main laison and contact person and is in charge of scheduling interviews with the hawkers.
